food & Drink:

Each day, a Costa Rican chef will come to the house to prepare breakfast & dinner. You will feel nourished and satiated from the traditional Costa Rican food that is rich in locally grown fruits & vegetables, meats & seafoods as well as sweet treats and natural juices.

Each woman will be responsible for her own lunches & snacks. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance as well as a small grocery store.

The finer details:

Transportation to the beach from Liberia is not included in the price of the retreat but can be organized for you per your request. It is suggested that you fly into Liberia early enough to catch a domestic flight on Sansa airlines to Nosara Beach where you can catch a short tuk-tuk ride to the house. The last flight to Nosara Beach leaves Liberia at 3:40pm. (These flights are only 12 seaters and they book up early.) Alternatively, you may schedule a shuttle ride from the airport to the house. It is roughly a 3 hour drive.

Food restrictions can be accommodated with advanced notice.

All payments will be made through Venmo and are refundable until October 1st, 2024. You may transfer your trip to someone else after 10/1 with approval.

All guests assume the risks of travel and all of the activities that will take place.
